It's only good for pickup at times. I return an item and they did not access or updated it till it can't be returned to the Jumia office again. It's a bad experience and I keep calling them to update my item that Jumia already told me to dropped it at their station but they didn't do anything. I will arrest the manager of this office and he will pay for my items
