The environment is very calm and peaceful. The hotel is also neat but very poor restroom condition. AC’s not working. They just need to improve on the maintenance culture. They give good discounts so if you need a low budget just to spend the night its fine nothing fancy apart from that.

This hotel needs renovation. You can only use AC in the night for few hours, that's if your room AC is Okay. I won't recommend it for anyone who needs super comfort; just a place to spend the night.

One of the most useless hotels I Had seen in my life. Doors don’t lock from the back , Ac not working , no water heater, No water in bathroom , nonchalant attitude of staff. Had a terrible stay.

The student of federal college of agriculture should enjoy the output product of the school i.e the food should be sold out to the student at low price
