Park was closed hence the three stars with an additional star removed for a badly positioned access gate. The road letting up to the gate is rough and unsurfaced. I was there for a project. The environment was good. The grounds are well kept for a state run park. There's also a basketball court that doubles as an open plan space were young entrepreneurs can rent a desk at really low cost with power and sitting area provided. There's also a workshop area for techies. It's an IHS Nigeria sponsored project Limitations, the mini zoo was charming but could be more creative with the enclosure design and it could be maintained better. A major minus is the location and the road letting up to it. The bars were shut hence I can't taste those. It's a great location for a hangout though. I recommend if you are on the area
