This place is a complete joke. Zero customer service... in fact I thought I was in a government office. The staff just sit around, gossip, and act like there aren't customers there waiting! Went for diagnostics and ended up sitting there for 5 hours! The worst part is that the tech who diagnosed my car was finished in 30 minutes... the remaining 4 and half hours were spent waiting for the printout and estimate. The lazy reps in reception were just there pressing their phone as if nobody was there! Ridiculous! At the end of the day he came with a hand written piece of paper as the estimate. No printout of the diagnosis or from the Star system, which is the whole point of going to the dealer in the first place. This establishment is a complete joke. Avoid them... you will even get better service from a roadside mechanic.

I don’t know why my review has been deleted severally. But I will keep updating until their customer service changes. I went there on the 3rd of June 2020. I was there for 2 hrs With my car (2016 Cls550) and nobody attended to me. Its not that the volume of work was too much or that they had nobody at the reception. What irked me the most was their carelesss attitude towards a potential customer. Not even a job order or anything. They didn’t even look at my car!!! I have found a better Independent specialist in ikoyi that does the same jobs with much better customer service. I repeat from my last deleted review, I’m never taking any Benz here and advising anyone that prefers peace of mind to avoid this place like the plague!!!!!

Weststar Associates Limited has good customer service orientation. And I work there. The environment is ecologically friendly and staffs there are wonderful people.

Very poor customer care service, the workers there behave like they are in a cult. Doesn't look like there good leadership there. They do have good hands and they deliver good job though but the attitude of the staff socks.
