The service here can be better if attention is paid to details.
I had a package to pick up and the NIPOST personnels that attended to me were asking for the "phone number" that called me instead of the tracking number.
In the 21st century?
That aside, there was no light, no PC to actually track the number with and no seat for customers.
If you find yourself here, be sure to save the number that called you so as to get it over with.
Good luck
They are doing a good job. I have never had a problem with lost mail or tampered package. Although I get my mail order faster in other parts of Lagos. But when I have my mail sent to Ipaja it takes forever.
There’s this issue at the post office now. Parcels are not delivered not even text are sent to notify you of the arrival of your parcel. When u track it the next thing you see is UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY ATTEMPTS in which they never came to the address. It’s so annoying and frustrating. They need to really rectify this attitude.
Efficient service, spent less than 20mins to get my package from China.
They have friendly member of staffs too.
The retrieval of my package was swift and they seem well organised with the way they direct you.
Ensure to go with a means of identification and come with a photocopy too, to ease things up for you.
The only drawback is that they do not offer home delivery of packages at least to the best of my knowledge and experience.
Hungry workers demanding tips, package spent days in their office without making delivery. I went there as soon as they notified me that unattempted delivery was not successful. They make me pay more than usual at the counter also.. They don't have a computer in 2019? That's terrible.
