Government abandoned, the facility is not accessible, the surrounding is taken over by flood and mud, despite that a lawmaker representing the area came to commission a nonexistent drainage and erosion control project in front of the health center in 2017. This is the primary health facility accessible to a vast population of people in several surrounding communities; Agbegishe, Balogun Abule , Balogun Tunutun, Ebiti, Ososun Abule (the host community), Ososun tuntun, Kajawla, Okepata, etc. It is also supposed to be the health facility accessible to the staff and students of the government secondary school in the area namely Okepata High School, and the government primary school near it. Inside the facility, you find some motivated nurses who are willing to render service as long as you are willing to pay money. Once again, the environment and surrounding is not healthy and is not accessible.
