Beautiful Memphis hotel and suites, this is my second time staying in Memphis, very helpful and courteous staffs, peaceful environment, no noise or anything.
The rooms are quite big though with basic needs, there is power 24/7 and your needs are attended to promptly!
If you ever need to stay in any hotel in Ishara, Memphis is a great place and it is very affordable!!!
If you’re looking for a quiet serene environment to relax, then this is a good place to take a break and chill. Last time I went there though, they rotate the times in which the fridge and AC can work, which is not supposed to be.
They have a hall which is good if you have an occasion and you want to host people. It’s big enough, but you’ll have to get your own cleaner to tidy the place up (just in case).
All in all, it’s still a good place to chill 🙂
Customer service is terribly pathetic.
Right from the gatemen to the receptionist and the waiter.
Rooms look well kept but poorly maintained.
Couldn't sleep till past midnight due to noise from youthful boys from the bar.
Total stay in the hotel was a terrible experience.
Not a single act of customer service.
Trying their best.... Conducive environment, with maximum security. The only 'but' is their kitchen, their kitchen service is not up to standards
The rooms are very okay base on the location, very comfortable. But i dont like the fact that their air condition does not work 24/7.
If they can improve on this and other little Services then they are Superb.
