I ordered a coaster bus with this company to take school children for excursion. After booking an appointment with them for over a month with series of discussions with their Head of Operations, only to tell me that their bus has been hired by someone else for my date a day before the excursion date and that it's not their fault. I had paid in advance my money had to be refunded. They are sacmmers.
