I have known Tony and his company for 8 years. As the owner of an international restaurant franchise, I have put Tony to the test many times and he never disappoints. I called the company to come and fix my oven. The conversation was friendly. Two men came to my bakery this morning dismantled my oven and did not fix it but left it worse than they met it. We were using the oven before they came.I begged them to come and make sure it is put back properly but they wouldn't come back. Worse service ever.
