I am disappointed with your services and for you to remove my reviews is appalling.
Your staff appear busy when they are not.
They go after those people that they know leaving others to spend four to five hours just to receive treatment.
No priority for children and the elderly,.
Improve because you owe that to your customers.
I will check if you have removed this review.
You should be happy that someone is telling you where to improve in your business.
Shame on you
Though it's a hospital, yet I felt at home, thanks to both the human and supernatural touch put by all - security staff, cleaners, nurses, doctors, including chaplain. More of such worthy social projects. 🤝🙏
Truth be told..the hospital is very costly though their services are quite great.
More effort should be put in place to ensure proper training and development of new nurses.
Their should be provision for monitoring of how both the doctors and nurses carry out their duties..most especially at night shifts - the new nurses often tend to feel relaxed and do not even go round to check their patients (exemption being just a few).
I would also like to applaud a few of the nurses like - Nurse Chika, Nurse Esther, Chinelo, Mesochi & Obioma to mention just a few..
Above all, the cleaners, if only it were up to me, they should be earning as much as the nurses earn. They are the back bone of that hospital,the serenity and cleanliness of that hospital is one of the greatest treatment a patient receives at that hospital...
They are indeed CHAMPIONS and I give it up for NIGER FOUNDATION HOSPITAL CLEANERS.
One of the best hospitals in Enugu. High quality doctors and equipment, with a serene environment. However, their services are quite costly. But then, good soup, na money make am.
Rubbish hospital, they do not even understand concept of step by step procedures, in order to give you a clear guide of costing. Private hospital should be transparent with their cost, and staff should be aware of costing, not telling potential patients to go to another hospital. I kid you not that is the exact words of the staff. 'Go to another hospital' . Bedside manner is appalling
