The dam is a little wonder in the capital city because it has a peaceful and quiet setting, with an amazing view of mountains, waters and hillsides. If you are looking for an opportunity to get closer to your sweetheart and express your feelings, you should take her to the Lower Usuman Dam. It is an excellent spot to find romance and probably, steal a kiss or two.
