It is a nice place to pick up your package, the pickup station is located within a plaza, easy to locate, a calm environment, a wide space for packing if you are mobile. It's along the major road

Pickup service is decent. The staff have no issues. Pickup for goods purchased as well as return of goods is very simple. Only issue I have (apparently with Jumia as a whole) is not having their pickup centre option available when selecting address for delivery of certain goods as a result of packages coming during work days. That aside. Everything else is good.
