Poor customer service. I've been trying to get a transaction rectified since yesterday but the customer care service has not been helpful. They take hours to respond and when they finally answer you, they will say nonsense. You people are putting my 28,000 naira at risk and I won't forgive you if I loose that cash.

Giving one star does not mean you are good your customer service relationship is very poor. I have a dispense error issue since last Saturday and this is Wednesday am yet to get a good response from your I have made a complain about it no response from the customer service even your so call customer service line is switched off if I don't get my money in the next 24 hours. I believe you know the power of social media I will not say more than that. Thanks

This online entity has suddenly locked some of us depositors out of our accounts without any explanation, thereby rendering us untold hardships. These people are notorious for not providing customer care satisfaction, by always referring your complaints to bots that have limited explanations. Every attempt to call some MTN number they use for customer care leads you to a brickwall. Can people please draw attention to this anomaly to avoid any impending disasters that might be looming from this awkward situation?
