This is the worst bank in the whole of Africa. I went there to receive money via Western Union. It took them almost 2 weeks to get it opened. They are always having one problem or the other with the account opening portal. Some of the workers are very rude and some are unresponsive. Imagine one of the shouting at me for waiting after wasting my time. Banking with them is a waste of time. They are very unefficent.
