This is a former petrol station now used as a motor park. It has a mini mart, petrol, kerosene and diesel pumps allow which are no longer in use. Presently, it is usually filled with many commercial vehicles going to places like Wudil, Darki, Gaya, Ajingi, Sumaila all in Kano state and Azare, Dutse, Yola outside the state. The unique feature of this park is that it runs twenty four hour service this you can get vehicles at anytime of the night or morning. However, because it was not originally designed as a park it is quite small. Vehicles don't usually drop passengers in the park, rather they drop them in the park on the other side of the road. The other end of the park is usually very dirty due to the abandoned structures of the petrol station and lack of proper cleaning.
