It good but I was confused because of the direction

The hotel is great, the rooms are fair. But, there is the great need for improvement on the services at the facility. Hospitality at the reception is zero. The kitchen is not encouraging at all. I believe the hotel can render better services than what is currently rendering. The believe that "we ways get patronage cone what may" is not a good marketing strategy!
