Shen Martial Arts and gym is a lovely spacious place to work out. Great fitness Coach, Aerobics Coach too. The right equipments for burning Calories , loosing weight, body fitness. The environment is conservative, there’s always music for spiritual Ginger there😂 But my perks about this place is that there’s no particular routine for Working out, different programs are given to you everyday and you actually need a routine for the purpose of why you go to the gym or rather a routine that your body is meant to adjust too. They also carry out Martial arts such as Kick boxing and Karate . Its a lovely place to come to, I feel like the relationship with any individual and the coach is on a personal level , so they get to treat you special and make you achieve what you want to achieve. Is the gym in your neighborhood? Do you want to look fit, loose that body weight or gain muscles? Register ASAP. Monthly registration cost about N7000. For body fitness and Aerobics. I have no idea for the martial Arts .
