A good market for all household items

In terms of size and structure, the fair ground is big and spacious. In terms of maintenance they would not get good grade. The place needs serious maintenance. In terms of the trade fair this year being 2020, there are a lot of participants with variety of goods from near and far selling @discounted price. In terms of patronage of the fair, as of today being march3 2020 it is picking up but still comparatively low.

I stayed here for a week attending a training organized by Kaduna State Government. It is indeed built on International Standards. Big enough for any event. However, it needs to be maintained better. Most of the bank buildings within the premises are old and dilapidated. But overall, it's a pretty decent place.

THE WHOLE FACILITY NEED TOTAL REMODELING THAT WILL COMPETE WITH THE INTERNATIONAL STANDARD; THAT ALONE CAN CHANGE THE FAIR ACTIVITY, CUNTRIES AND PARTICIPANT FROM AROUND THE WORLD
