The location of this guest inn is completely out of town as it is about 4km off Kaduna/Abuja expressway. This stretch of road is un-tarred and could take you more than 20mins. There are no current businesses going on around the neighborhood and so activities around it is very low. In my opinion, it could serve better as a hideout or getaway than a restaurant and a guest inn. Hopefully, it would be be a big biz spot in the far future.
