The service there was wonderful. Amazing staffs with good communication skills and approach to customers comfort. However, I think the hotel should stay thinking of replacing staff T-shirts as some are worn out

I stayed in this hotel about 5 years ago in 2015 and the experience was fine. I was shocked to my marrows in 2020 to see the hallmark of poor service. I stayed in one of the top tier rooms yet everything was shabby. Bathroom tap wasn’t working and my room had to be changed. Rooms were mosquito infested. Power supply was epileptic with an average of two changeovers every hour. Eventually-to cap it all- they turned off their generator in the night. With the mosquitoes feasting on me, it was the height of it.

Please do not be carried away by the many nice reviews here. It is either some of them haven't been to good hotels or they visited the hotel some years back or their threshold for quality is so low - no apologies. 1st December 2020 - shabby interior, dirty rooms, worn out doors and handles, mosquito infested rooms and poor power supply. That is in an "executive room/suite". To cap it all, they turned off the generator mid way into the night! It took the effort of my husband who had to go to the reception when we couldn't take the heat and the mosquito bites anymore to force them to put on the gen! Horrible experience! For a hotel of that supposed "standard"!
