It a good place, not usually crowded, you get in, pick your stuffs and go. However, they need to indicate on the two doors, which is entrance and which is exit. That why people won't be making mistakes of going to the first door and later be redirected to the other.

I feel these guys are confused, especially their smaller branches in Owerri. How can I travel so far to pay for a product I purchased? You need to work on your mall arrangement, really! Meanwhile, why do you keep re-arranging your hall? Like in two weeks, the malls wear different, tiring looks, which always manages to stress the life out of customers. Why do we have to walk long distances within the same building to pay for stuff?

Please pay your female workers a little bit more money, so that they are not grumpy at customers. They also need to be trained on customer service. They're very rude and exhibit bad customer service. I don't know if they're frustrated or what. They need to do better. This is everyday supermarket in owerri close to Cubana.
