This premises is easily accessible from a Junction called Efiette round about, access to the area from Marian is tedious, because you still need to drive down to the above mentioned round-about, to access the bank.
When coming from Marian, you can make it easy through Atekon Drive or state housing. The place is cool for banking, but full of lousy tellers who always feel there are doing you a favor when you visit to transact.
There have cautious security personnel, they act more professional than the bankers. If you have fast business to do, then visit them when your done. cos you time is not important to them.
This was initially diamond bank and all transactions where going very well and smooth but since Access bank Plc acquired this bank I have been not just me have been experiencing one problem or the other,
I think if the diamond service can continue it is a very nice place to bank.
The environment is very okay,
Customer services supeb.
I wish they return to the diamond service and probably maintain their name ACCESS BANK PLC.
