I lived here right from when it was College of Technology till it became The polytechnic of Calabar. I still visit this place and I can say so much about the staff quarters. Growing up at no. 16 Old staff quarters was one of the best thing that happened in my childhood. Diversity is the culture in this staff quarters; houses are built majorly with the same designs, using ixora plant to demarcate houses with a lot of green areas. The roads are well constructed with good drainage systems in place. Last year I had a nostalgic experience visiting this place again.

It was fun being there, it a citadel of learning, with it enthusiastic art painting and statue you won't regret your stay
