It's a garment sewing industry, located in the remote area of calabar. It's owned by the government of Cross River state. Its solely for the purpose of sewing garments of different types including military wares and others

The Cross River garment factory is considered as a PET Project of the Governor of Cross River state, Sen. Ben Ayade, which commensurates with his industrialization drive for the state. The Factory is basically meant for the production of Fabrics and textile for local consumption of the citizens in cross River state and the country at large. Recently the Factory has also been able produce Uniforms for Armed forces(Airforce) and also for Local security agencies like DOPT, The green Sheriff, e.t.c.
