It's relatively secure and affordable

Just a very nice place to spend your time, there is no ATM machine here, this place is wheelchair accessible, it has a wheelchair accessible parking space, the staffs here well trained to attend to customers. It is accessible, there is a bar here, a restaurant and a hot tub.
