It is so disappointing that if you don't pay an officer for help you can't make an online application, payment and get your application processed. The officers are taking advantage of the weakness in the government policy to extort the citizen. Officially, passport renewal for 32 pages, 5 yes is #25,500 all charges inclusive but you must end up paying 55k to an officer for your application to be successfully processed. If you attempt to do it online yourself you are on-your-own. The officers lack all manners, the only language they understand is "MONEY"

Easy to locate, Officials are well Organised and active in their various duty post. But to fast track the whole process you have to get some link up.
