It was a memorable moment with the student of EKSU as UBA storm the school with NextGen activation with soul aim of moving the bank from old peoples bank to the New Generation bank. The school was quiet peaceful with student vacating school from 2:00pm and resuming daily at 8:00am. Thus making it looks like a day school without Night activities.

Ekiti State University is one of the best University in Nigeria located in Ado-Ekiti. Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti, as it is known today, was at inception in 1982 a pride to itself as a University sought after and as of today, the only university in Nigeria that has within a quarter of a century had its name changed four times. The name was changed to Ondo State University in 1985 from Obafemi Awolowo University later to University of Ado-Ekiti in November 1999, and to its present name Ekiti State University of Ado Ekiti in September 2011.
