I really enjoyed my Brazilian waxing and microneedling. The waxing wasn’t as painful as expected and the therapist was quite diligent. The facial was okay even though it took longer than expected but I guess they did some additional procedures. Extremely affordable too and the booking process is seamless. Although they need to be responding to inquiries on their online form.

Really great experience! They pay attention to details which I value the most. I visited from another state and the communications, directions, suggestions, etc, was absolutely fantastic, even if it was my first time, it felt like we have been there before. So welcoming. Then all sessions were beautiful! Steam bath and Swedish Massage was great, and we got a bonus of pedicure. We will be sure to come around when next I visit. Also, you should consider opening the spa in other states like Abia State 😊

The hospitality is amazing. They try their best to understand and advise you on what they believe is the best for you (Good communication). They are professionals. I just love everything about La Reine Spa & wellness LTD.

The place is very conducive. Staff members are professionally going about their duties. They treat client with so much respect. They make the environment conducive for you to come back again and again. They are hospitable.

My experience on Saturday, August 22,2020. We got into the spa - a group of 5 people at 1:31pm. Had no prior booking but had seen excellent review about this spa online. Requested for full body massage for all of us. We were informed there was a client to be attended to, which will take 30 minutes before our turn and so we sat to wait in turn. About 2 minutes to the end of that client’s session, an influential guy - with escorts came in and walked straight into the spa room. Obviously he was conversant with the spa. The therapist approached me and said the man’s wife had booked for him but canceled the appointment as at when we entered. I was angry that if his appointment had been cancelled while should we be made to wait for his session to end. The therapist begged that we should please wait as she would be done in 30 minutes. We were angry but still waited. After 40 minutes, pizza and chicken were brought in for the guy. At this point, I requested to see the therapist again but even though she came out of the therapy room and was informed by the receptionist she didn’t see us again. We left at exactly 3:31pm, 2 hours after stepping into this spa but without any of the 5 of us getting a massage. Least I forget to mention, the waiting chairs were non ergonomic. The expressions of my company include: “Instead of fixing my back, they made my back worse with their bad chairs”, “Because of a rich guy, they treated us like bullshit”. Even if you have great packages to offer, please treat people with dignity.
