The coordination is better than most enrollment centres, the staff are pleasant, encouraging social distancing even though people are not patient, a provision of canopy with chairs yet this provision is abandoned and people standing in front of gate, dates are given to people come but each day, more people are coming. A note book is there in which names are written for each day and the date given to each person, those names are called in for enrollment

The staff collected more money than the Government asked them to. The amount on my receipt was #666 and they collected #1300 for each update on my national identity data. I paid #2,600 for 2 update. It was frustrating coupled with the stress and the poor service from some staff.

The National Identification Management Commission in Ibadan can not cater for those in that area alone. The place is crowded and not enough chairs. To register you have to leave home as early as 5 a.m. due to massive crowd and internet connection problem heightened by poor electric power supply with not too good generator.
