A discreet hotel located in the heart of town with an intimate bar and atmosphere. Drinkas and food here are a bit more expensive than the average and strolling on foot at night is not convenient due to bad road.

Georgetown Residences is located in Tropicana Boulevard off Udo Udoma Avenue in Uyo the capital of Akwa Ibom State. The red carpet treatment began from the reception with a generous discount, plus a complimentary breakfast. I had to pinch myself to remind myself that am in Nigeria. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, manifesting a wonderful ambience. The room was excellent no foul odour, the mattress was full orthopeadic. The toilet was also exceptionally clean. The whole environment was spic-span, we had a very wonderful time and we will definitely return for a repeat experience because it was an experience of a lifetime.

Not satisfied. A room of 10,000? No provision for toothpaste or brush? Room needs fumigation as it was filled with numerous mosquitoes. I'm sorry I just had to air my mind. Apart from these, the facilities in the room are okay.

Hotel already getting old compare to the last time i was here. Room had a smell had to ask for air freshener.... Staffs are ok. . Food is 60-70% depending on what ure ordering. . Nothing too fascinating about the deco just basic. . RENOVATION IN THE ROOMS IS NECESSARY.
