I was unable to book flight tickets last year simply because the online platform doesn't provide for bank transfers if a card payment fails. Going to their physical office to pay wasn't even an option. We know how unreliable online bank card payments can be from banks.

Dana Air has the worst customer service experience compared to other airlines. Organization is zero. They used to be efficient and customer centric but the bar has dropped and are just all about making money not minding the inconveniences they cause to customers. I believe they are being managed badly
