This a division of the high court of the federal capital territory, Abuja. However, for convenience sake, this court was recently built in the Kwali Area in a bid to de-congest the capital city of legal cases emanating from the Kwali Area. Quite interestingly, this new court house has far more better quality facilities than some court within the FCT. The court rooms are very neatly furnished with very comfortable sits for the Judge, lawyers as well as litigants. There are very functional Air Conditioners, and proper lighting systems. There are also Clean loo which are gender friendly. However, the major challenge is that electricity has not been provided for the facilities and no alternative power source as been provided as at the time of this review. Beyond the above, the ambience is quite serene.
