Is a nice place to relax and clam your nerves. And lastly there event centre are the best I have seen so far in abia state.

Stay away from this place if you are someone who is discerning and wants value for money. I stayed at this hotel for two nights and it was absolutely rubbish. My office booked me into the hotel's so-called kings suite for two nights and it was two nights of constant complaints about how basic amenities like air-conditioners dont work. The ac trips off whenever there is a power change and doesn't come on again. I kept calling reception to complain and after the matter is resolved, it trips off again and again. I went to bed sweating because of this (a 35k a night room) It baffles me that a hotel in 2021 cannot provide its guests hot running water from it's taps? They had to bring me a bucket of hot water after repeatedly calling room service(it took 1 hour for them to bring it after walking down to the front desk to complain) The king suite doesn't come with complimentary breakfast, you have to pay for it and even when you ask, the choices are limited. A waitress stiffed me over a measly N100 change the first time I ordered something and did the same thing with another N200 change when I ordered for food and drinks on my last night (4th February) Resolving issues takes forever and all the staff keep doing is apologize which doesn't make any sense because the matter always stays the same way. I was cringing when I saw a bloodstained robe in the wardrobe. I have uploaded the pictures in my review. If this is what Aba has to offer in terms of hospitality, I will gladly pass . I'm never stepping foot in this hotel again.

What a sweet place to be in. I hope to revisit any time soon.
