It is an Abia state ministry of Veterinary medicine and care. It looks abandoned. But it is a state own parastalal. It needs renovations and replacement. It is located along Uwalaka. In as much as it is a government clinic I have not seen animals brought here for treatment rather private clinics are being patronize by the citizens.
Similar place
