Didn't grow up here but my bestie did. So I'm here installing solar panels and my smart inverter for his folks. Lovely estate I must say. The history goes far back but even with that there are modern houses spring up in all corners.

The estate is decent with lots of basic amenities you need to run eg gyms, pastries shops, mini marts for food stuff and vegetables, bars, hospitals, guest inns, schools, bars etc The main issue with the estate is it's epileptic power supply.

The perfect neighborhood. It has a nice gym (Pam Fitness Center), good hospitals (Westend Hospital), fresh farm produce store (Charissa), schools and day care centre, clubs, lounge etc. And it's well secured.
