There service sucks. They are not straightforward including there contact center. A banker named Helen Nwatu has a zero customer service always claiming right. She reply’s me with disrespect. Access bank is the worst bank in Nigeria.Just because I contacted the contact center and reported that she was not attending to me accordingly and she took it off on me.she was helping me to activate my mobile banking she flipped and claimed as if she knows nothing concerning the challenges am facing with my mobile banking.

It is a very good bank. It is one of the new generation banks in Nigeria. It does fast transaction and deposit. It has good customer care services. This bank precisely does not have enough parking space. It is located along Agbani road. It is located directly opposite Nise junction

Now called Access Bank but formerly Diamond Bank, still the same Diamond Bank service that's not always steady. The merged bank is supposed to provide services for the both the diamond bank and Access Bank customer. Situated at the road intersection of Agbani road and Nise street. It has a good customer service.

My transaction was treated with high importance.. It's formerly diamond bank, but it's now Access Bank due to their merger..
