I guess the little space is d reason for the conspicuous rowdy work environment observed. staff raise voice to speak to colleagues across the room. But attitude to work really need to change in Nigeria, Christmas being at the corner can't be the reason for too much staff gisting when there's card on the table and patient waiting to be attended. One was even trying on a dress while my card was waiting to be picked by her desk. All d same quality service? 👍Yes. But it would have been wow with good work environment.
