You really need to see for yourself. Though they seem nice but it's always Crowded because their customers keep having issues.... I only love their free WiFi but it doesn't work anymore so...

Good building and spacious compound. The ATM is either not working or painfully slow. I have been disappointed by the their ATM several times. Fidelity Bank claims that you can get their debit card faster than making a cup of coffee. But that's absurd if the ATM takes infinity to perform a round of operations.

Fidelity bank is one of the new generation bank in Nigeria. It has a very quick response in terms of services. It has a good customers services and its staff are highly responsible and respective. It has a wheelchair accessible entrance. It has a large parking space. It has 24/7 hr active ATM services. It is located away from the university center.

Fidelity bank is a nice bank generally, but most times it becomes frustrating that when I come deposit the queue is extremely long and it's just one teller available.

It's a bank, like every other bank, but their Customer's service is cool, if not for their effeciency I wonder how students would be coping. They are really doing a nice job, a security personnel is always in sight to tend to you.
