The services are swift and accurate. MTN Lumos energy kit is sold here and the service/customer care agents are friendly. Customers are attended to on a first come first serve basis. However, the queue there is usually long. Therefore, you will have to wait for long before being attended if you didn't go early. There are few seats arranged under a canopy for customers waiting for their turns. Note: you will not be allowed into without wearing nose mask. Every customer that comes to the centre is issued a tally and it stops by 4pm yet everyone given number are usually attended to before the office closes.

Customer service is good and there is prompt delivery of service to customers, even amidst this pandemic.
