I can only identify them as dissapointment , infact , still surprising that I've not be able to get my passport renewal that I've enroll for since 15th October 2019 and today is 30th November, I've not heard anything yet, all they kept telling me is no booklet.. which I'm ready to go extra length on till I get my passport because I need it urgently now.. nothing is working in this country.. osun state osogbo office immigration have totally failed me as a Nigeria citizen. After I've made payment and dis proper capsuring, all what I could hear is nonsense excuse, I'm shouting in louder voice I want my passport now!!! It's my property
