Easy navigation. Enough parking space even on weekends, clean environment. Wasn't crowded and you're most likely going to find almost everything you need to shop. It also has a cinema in case you are tired and need to see a nice movie. The location is also perfect for me as it is beside the famous cocoa House in ibadan.

Fantastic place to shop, with a host of options that should cover most of your shopping needs. You can get almost anything here, from snacks and cakes, to pressing irons, to clothes, cooking oils, phones and video games, etc. The prices are competitive and you can easily compare prices in most cases. Moreover, there's a cinema operated by Filmhouse Cinemas and a perfume shop just at the entrance... You will have a great time here.

Its not a bad place just a bit cluttered. Circulation is fine but shop layout seem too close for comfort. Not a bad place in general.
