The Famous Ilorin Central Mosque. Very beautifully designed. Situated in close proximity to the Emir of Ilorin's Palace. The popular Oja Oba is situated around the mosque premises. The market, being a roadside market, is notorious for causing traffic lockjam around the mosque and surrounding areas. From the mosque, routes go out to Gambari, Centre Igboro, Opomalu/Niger Road, Gegele/Edun or Ita-Amodu, Agaka, Pakata/Oke Kura, Oloje. In short, it's a melting pot of many road linkages.

Nice edifice with historical events, is a religion worship place and one of the first Jumaat mosque in Ilorin. It was commissioned around 1980s by then Grand Imam of Holy Mosque (Makkah)
