Buy A Dog

Sadly I now realise that this was a scam from start to finish. The first question that I asked Frankie/Franklyn was whether he was able to bring me a pedigree dog from South Africa, and what papers would be provided. He listed the different certifications and registration numbers that I could expect to received with my pedigree puppy- all available for a premium, that I was ready to pay. He assured me that I would have a video call with the breeder to select my puppy, see the parents, ask the breeder any question I wanted. I had requested a female miniature dachshund, so was very interested to know the IVDD history of the parents. Once I made my down-payment it became clear that I was not going to get the video call- one excuse or the other- but I wasn't too bothered has I had received the pictures of the little puppy I was going to get. I would get all of the registration details after 90 days and could research the breeder myself (which seems a bit late, but apparently this is the only way in Nigeria so I made allowance). She wasn't quite the colour I had requested but he persuaded me. The 15 day 'maximum' time for shipping elapsed- I let this slide as it was covid after all. But then the day before he had told me she was arriving, the female puppy disappeared/got sold (is this even true?!) so there was only a male available. I had waited weeks so was persuaded again. Puppy arrives eventually happy and healthy- but 5 months later there is no certificate in sight. And there have been so many excuses that at this point I can only assume he is embarrassed to pick my calls. I've provided proof of vaccination, pictures of the dog- you name it. At one point he even told me he had the certificate! He also won't share the details of the breeder and the whole thing feels very dodgy. I have never written a bad review in my life, but he has had every opportunity to answer one of my phonecalls and explain/rectify the situation. Interestingly there is a review just like mine if you scroll down far enough. There are other dog importers, avoid this one.

I really love their services! They're professional, they have top tier products, fast delivery and they care about your dogs so much, one would think you bought it from them! I think I've found my go-to pet store for life. 💯
