It’s such a pity that 8months after giving birth, Hallmark didn’t pay the hospital for the delivery and all the immunizations were not paid for though approved. I never had this issue with my previous HMO. Fear of being embarrassed now stops me from using my hospital, except I’m ready to pay for what has already been paid for. There’s God sha... The staff(customer care) are very attentive, accommodating and friendly though. Kudos to them for that.

Professionalism, Relationship, Integrity, Customer Focused, Excellence. You need an HMO in Nigeria then it must be Hallmark HMO.
