You shouldn't be be in a hurry when you visit as you may experience some delay as the may entrance in not used but the access through the car park at the side street. Also ask that your policy is processed and uploaded immediately on Portal for anyone to be able to confirm.

Very unprofessional in their claims protocol. How can a professional insurance Firm raise a discharge voucher without consulting with a client’s mechanic. Or Spraypainter?Settling a claim cannot be treated in a manner like the insured is asking for handouts. It cost money to insure comprehensively. My agent is telling me to spray the affected parts of my SUV. I’m wondering,This is a mistake. I’ve never been treated this shabbily by an insurance company. Until you pursue a claim..... don’t confuse the public....

I’ve had my car insurance with CHI for a few years now. Buying my insurance was pretty straightforward and so was renewal (I can now do it online maybe). It was easy to add to my policy (content insurance for my place) When I made a claim (someone hit my car - it’s Lagos after all), they were able to recommend a mechanic as I didn’t have one at the time. My claim was settled and paid within a week (I think 2/3 days actually). My car was fixed the next day with the mechanic coming to my office. Definitely recommend.
