Compared to what they charge, its a bad experience. Zero ambience, terrible housekeeping, administration and low maintenance. The 2 star is for the medical staff, their only saving grace.

It really is not that difficult to pick up a phone We have been calling and emailing, for over a month for our results and scans to be sent to us. That is 5 people a company doctor and an MD for over a month for someone to pick up the phone or reply to the numerous emails. We thought this would be our go to hospital in Nigeria, the scans were done smoothly with little delay and then it all went down hill. Would have been a 5 star if YOU COULD JUST PICK UP YOUR PHONE!

Extremely terrible service! Their contact centre is completely clueless. They toss you around, simple information, they cannot provide. What’s the point of having a call centre that has NO information? Quality of contact centre staff is terrible as well. I’m asking for one thing and you’re telling me something that is totally unrelated to my request. Do better! In response to your reply, I did not call for medical advise. If your call centre calls are recorded and you really want to get to the bottom of the issue, kindly replay my calls from the morning of the 17th of November, 2020 instead of assuming that I called people that are not doctors for medical advise.
