The location is strategic but their service is currently below par. They have rooms for ₦4000, ₦4500 and ₦5500. The room I entered was the one of 4k and it was very stuffy and quite small. The bed cover looks dirty and the whole place was giving uninviting odours. If you are a rugged kind of person, it's not too bad. Maybe the rooms of ₦5500 will be better sha, i didn't bother to check.

Was nice! But the rooms need to be taken good care of, Bedsheets needs to be wash and the duvet, and the floors need cleaning. Honestly it a nice hotel suited in a beautiful environment.

The main incentive here is the price which is as low as N5,000/night. There's nothing else to write about the facilities since they are as low as the price indicates. The environment has a bubbling night life which can be good for you if you like it rowdy and may be a put-off otherwise.
