The place is cool. It's quite neat and peaceful. There are a lot of shops opposite the secretariat. You can snap passports, make photocopies, print out documents, withdraw money from POS, buy food; snacks and drinks, and get many other stuffs in many of the shops there. There is also a mini market almost opposite the secretariat where they sell onions & some other stuffs (mostly pepper & onions though). In all, the secretariat is okay, and cool.

Good road network. The premises is neat, although some junks need to be discarded and few repairs to be made. There is an event hall in the premises. The hall isn't AC fitted tho, but it is spacious and there is ample space for parking of cars. INEC office is right beside the secretariat. There is also a market and police state adjacent the secretariat.
