1. The doctors (gynecologists) are good. When you are pregnant there's a 190.000 fee for all the check ups, 2 ultrasound scans and antenatal classes, also the vitamins are included. Those check ups are good. But you always have to communicate well what you want to know otherwise they don't really tell you what's up. So always ask questions. (2 stars)
2. If you're ever up for admission, say NO! Choose a different hospital. Here's why: the rooms are always for 3 patients (so no privacy, always a lot of visitors and depending on why patients are admitted forget about sleeping because it'll be loud and busy at night). Also the bathroom is dirty and old (mold, rust, and some insects /no mosquitoes though) and there isn't much space to put your things.
For 3 days I hadn't washed my hair because the shower is dirty and probably out of use anyways. Also, they do not have respect for different types of people, i.e. if your veins are too small for injectiins/IV they really destroy your arms. If you do not tell them to stop or to leave it they will still mistreat you even if it hurts. Once a day the obstetricians come around and so far there was only one who was good (tall and in his 50s), he listened and made decisions that made sense. (0 stars)
Premier Specialist is/was actually a very good hospital, in fact one of the best hospitals around back in the days. I actually had both my kids there and it was a very good experience but over time the service has deteriorated and in the last 2-3years the experience has been really bad with the latest one just a couple of days ago. I will find time to sit and do a proper review off my experience but one thing I will say here is the hospital has gone from what it used to be to a full scale *all about the money* business with no regard for simple ethics and code of conduct. I have referred so many people to Premier based on my initial experiences with them but I guess this is as far as it goes. I will even discourage people from using it. Do not get me wrong, they have good doctors and a good medical facilities/equipment but the administration and general code of conduct has gone to the wind. I will be taking this up personally with the clinic as I have been using them since 2006/2007. Will rest it for now.
A good friend recommended this hospital to me, but I wasn’t happy with my experience. I was there today for a checkup today, and considering the cost of private care, the service itself was subpar. Wait times were unnecessarily long with little to no communication in between waits. And even though I left visibly upset and vocal about my displeasure, no recourse was given. From my experience today, I won’t be going back.
I had my first child in the hospital and the experience was fantastic. Both my wife were taken good care of. The delivery was smooth, they have good facilities and great food. The doctors are very experienced and the staffs are courteous too. A great place to visit overall.
A very good private hospital. Been using them for about 3 years and their services are top notch
