They are not what they say they are. They made opening of account available online through their website of which I opened up a current account from their website. I uploaded all necessary documents and passport. After that I received my account number and I started making use of it by sending money into my account. Later, I received a mail saying that my ATM is out and ready for collection. To my surprise I got to their branch at apata, only hear that I will need to restart the application process again by submitting all my documents again. I have no choice but to do so. Up to date as a speak, I am still waiting for them to be through with checking my references since 2nd week of January 2021, till now am unable to withdraw my money. Is that not a form of scam? Since every website represents the company's name and image, Why posting what you are not offering on your website?
